Corporate environment is increasingly volatile (restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, new accounting principles and management systems requirements, creating or stopping business lines…)

Facing these circumstances, management is more and more under pressure to react in a swift and efficient mode.

However, companies don’t always have in-house capacities to cope with requirements triggered by this demanding environment, due to one or several of the following factors:
